UNISOL: The renewal of an icon in the northern zone of Buenos Aires.
We collaborated with Unisol Supermarket on a complete rebranding. Our work ranged from logo redesign to the brand image implementation in the flagship store in the northern area of Buenos Aires, elevating it to a new level.
The supermarket is a landmark in the area and a place that attracts customers from different neighborhoods. Due to its high sales volume, it is a key space for supplier companies. Because of this, they wanted and needed a change in their image and communication.
On one hand, we faced the challenge of renewing the brand identity without losing its essence. With the rebranding, the goal was to evoke in customers the excitement of the supermarket’s growth and its evolution into a new stage.
SOLUTION
There were several elements, such as the sun and colors, that the client wanted to preserve due to their history and legacy. We decided to simplify the logo while maintaining the essence of the sun on the horizon.
We used a softer typeface to convey a welcoming and embracing feeling for both loyal and new customers.
We created a new claim, 'Siempre con vos' (Always with you), to reinforce the bond between the supermarket and its customers.
Additionally, we collaborated on the design of printed and social media communications.
We designed and implemented the signage and the complete façade of the new Unisol.
